Elle n\u2019est, toutefois, pas encore inscrite dans les faits. D\u2019apr\u00e8s l\u2019Office f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de la statistique, quelque 40\u2009% de la diff\u00e9rence salariale ne s\u2019explique pas par des facteurs comme l\u2019\u00e2ge ou la formation. Comme le dialogue volontaire n\u2019a pas eu les effets escompt\u00e9s, le Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de franchir une \u00e9tape suppl\u00e9mentaire dans son projet visant \u00e0 modifier la loi sur l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9. Il veut que les entreprises employant plus de cinquante salari\u00e9s soient l\u00e9galement contraintes d\u2019analyser, \u00e0 &shy;intervalles r\u00e9guliers, l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des salaires dans les \u00e9tablissements qu\u2019elles contr\u00f4lent. \n<!--more-->\nComment v\u00e9rifie-t-on les discriminations en mati\u00e8re de salaires\u2009? Que faut-il penser de la r\u00e9glementation aux &shy;niveaux des entreprises et, plus g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, de l\u2019\u00e9conomie\u2009? Les \u00e9tudes contenues dans ce dossier donnent des r\u00e9ponses \u00e0 ces questions.
