C\u2019est ce que r\u00e9v\u00e8lent les \u00ab appels aux cr\u00e9anciers suite \u00e0 une liquidation \u00bb publi\u00e9s dans la Feuille officielle suisse du commerce (Fosc). On peut toutefois se demander si cette hausse est imputable \u00e0 la seule crise du coronavirus, dans la mesure o\u00f9 le nombre d\u2019appels aux cr\u00e9anciers suite \u00e0 une liquidation a progress\u00e9 depuis l\u2019automne 2019. En revanche, le nombre de faillites a recul\u00e9 de 10 %, ce qui peut a priori para\u00eetre paradoxal : la crise du coronavirus devrait se r\u00e9percuter plus tardivement sur les statistiques en raison de la dur\u00e9e des proc\u00e9dures de faillite et de la suspension temporaire de certaines dispositions l\u00e9gales relatives aux faillites. L\u2019esprit d\u2019entreprise ne semble toutefois pas s\u2019affaiblir : le nombre de nouvelles inscriptions au registre du commerce demeure stable.
