Suivent les Grisons, avec 116\u00a0autorisations. Globalement, 684\u00a0requ\u00eates ont \u00e9t\u00e9 approuv\u00e9es dans toute la Suisse, soit une augmentation de 3\u00a0% par rapport \u00e0\u00a02016.&#13;<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"text__graphic-title\">Ill. 1. Il n\u2019a fait que diminuer depuis\u00a02009.&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<br \/>\nLes personnes soumises \u00e0 autorisation ne peuvent acqu\u00e9rir de logements de vacances que dans les cantons qui ont introduit la base juridique correspondante. Ceux-ci sont actuellement au nombre de\u00a017, dont un tiers environ sont effectivement confront\u00e9s \u00e0 une demande plus importante. L\u2019Office f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de la justice (OFJ) recense par cons\u00e9quent le nombre d\u2019autorisations accord\u00e9es, les transferts immobiliers r\u00e9ellement effectu\u00e9s, la surface des biens-fonds, la nationalit\u00e9 des acqu\u00e9reurs ainsi que le nombre d\u2019op\u00e9rations d\u2019ali\u00e9nation entre \u00e9trangers et de rachats par des Suisses. Il dresse, en outre, un \u00e9tat de l\u2019\u00e9puisement des contingents.&#13;<\/p>\n<h2>Les Allemands de nouveau en t\u00eate<\/h2>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\nLe registre foncier recense les acquisitions qui se sont concr\u00e9tis\u00e9es. \u00c0 long terme, environ 85\u00a0% de l\u2019ensemble des autorisations donnent en moyenne lieu \u00e0 l\u2019inscription d\u2019un transfert de propri\u00e9t\u00e9 au registre foncier. Les diff\u00e9rences entre les statistiques sur les transferts de propri\u00e9t\u00e9 et celles qui se rapportent aux autorisations s\u2019expliquent par le fait qu\u2019il s\u2019\u00e9coule g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement plusieurs mois entre l\u2019octroi d\u2019une autorisation et l\u2019inscription effective au registre foncier\u00a0; or, la statistique se fonde sur les transferts de propri\u00e9t\u00e9 de l\u2019ann\u00e9e sous revue. Il peut aussi arriver que des \u00e9trangers renoncent \u00e0 l\u2019acquisition.&#13;<br \/>\n&#13;<br \/>\nIci \u00e9galement, les statistiques r\u00e9v\u00e8lent une augmentation. En\u00a02017, le nombre de transferts de propri\u00e9t\u00e9 a augment\u00e9 de 34\u00a0unit\u00e9s par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, pour atteindre un total de\u00a0484\u00a0logements de vacances (voir<em> illustration\u00a02<\/em>).&#13;<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"text__graphic-title\">Ill. 2. La r\u00e9partition des transferts selon la nationalit\u00e9 des acqu\u00e9reurs a peu \u00e9volu\u00e9 en comparaison annuelle\u00a0: les Allemands sont en t\u00eate, suivis des Fran\u00e7ais et des Italiens (voir <em>tableau\u00a01<\/em>).&#13;<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"text__graphic-title\">Tab. 1.
